How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation in three ways:

Is a deposit required to confirm a reservation?

Yes, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. For large group bookings, we may offer a partial deposit option. Please contact our groups team for details.

Can I get a discount for extended stays?

Yes! We offer special discounts for stays of 7 nights or more. Please contact us directly or mention your requirements during booking to discuss available rates.

Do you offer group bookings?

What is your cancellation policy?

Check-In & Check-Out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Subject to room availability, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged. Please request this at the time of booking or contact us in advance. Additional charges may apply.

What ID is required at check-in?

A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include: passport, Aadhaar card, driver's license, or PAN card.

Is there luggage storage available?

Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage for guests checking out. Luggage can be stored for up to 48 hours after check-out. Please inform the front desk.

  • Lunch: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
  • Dinner: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Can I make special dietary requests?

Yes, absolutely! Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences at the time of booking or upon check-in. Our chef will prepare meals tailored to your needs.

Do you accommodate large group dinners?

Yes! We welcome group dining. For groups larger than 20 people, please make reservations at least 7 days in advance. Custom menus and special arrangements can be made upon request.

Are meals included in room rates?

Room rates are room-only unless you select a package that includes meals (Breakfast included, Half Board, or Full Board options available at booking).
